Color: Hi-Vis Fluorescent Yellow (shade controlled for bulk)
Weight (typical): 280–360 GSM (customizable)
Width: 145–155 cm (usable) / 58–61″
Waterproof rating (typical options):
Standard: 5,000–10,000 mmH₂O
High waterproof: 10,000–20,000 mmH₂O (upon request)
Breathability (typical options):
MVTR: 3,000–10,000 g/m²/24h (method-dependent)
RET option available (for rainwear-style programs)
Windproof: Yes (membrane-based)
DWR: Optional (C0 / C6 by request)
MOQ: Typically 500–1,000 meters per color (depends on construction & shade requirement)
Lead time: 20–30 days after sample approval (varies by order plan)
Note: EN ISO 20471 and EN 343 are protective clothing standards; final compliance depends on garment design, reflective tape placement, seams, and testing. We can support fabric testing and documentation aligned with your target program requirements.
Waterproof Test Photo(Proof)

For B2B buyers, we recommend validating performance using the same test method you specify in your tech pack (ISO/EN/ASTM methods can produce different results).
Typical lab references (available upon request):
Hydrostatic head (waterproofness): ISO 811 / EN 20811 (commonly used for fabric waterproof verification)
Breathability: ASTM E96 / JIS L 1099 / ISO 15496
RET (optional for EN-style rainwear programs): ISO 11092 (comfort/breathability classification concept used in rain-protection evaluations)
If you tell us your target waterproof class / MVTR or RET and your end-use conditions, we will recommend the best membrane + bonding build and send tested samples.
Color Fastness to rubbing

Fluorescent colors are not “one dye recipe forever.” For uniform programs and long-running supply, the key is controlling:
Daylight fluorescent brightness (hi-vis appearance)
Shade lot repeatability across multiple bulk lots
Color durability after washing/abrasion exposure (per your required cycles)
We can support:
Lab dip approval → bulk shade sealing
Bulk shade control records
Optional wash-cycle performance verification (based on your requirement)
Because high-visibility performance is governed by garment standard requirements (background material + reflective components), share your target class requirement and market (EU/UK vs other), and we’ll align the fabric build and testing plan.
Reflective Compatibility (Tape / Print / Segmented)
Most hi-vis softshell garments achieve nighttime visibility via retroreflective tapes. Our fabric is designed to work reliably with:
Sewn reflective tapes
Heat-applied segmented reflective (subject to your tape supplier process window)
Optional reflective printing zones (program-dependent)
If you’re using a specific tape brand, send the tape spec so we can validate bonding/peel behavior and help reduce production risk.
Hi-Vis Yellow 3-Layer Softshell Fabric Video
In this video, you can check the fabric texture, print repeat, and PU-coated backing of our 330D Cordura-style nylon with IRR camouflage. If you need a specific waterproof rating, handfeel, or IRR requirement, send your use case and we’ll recommend the best specification and provide samples.

FAQ
Is this fabric “EN20471 / EN343 certified”?
EN ISO 20471 and EN 343 are standards for protective clothing/garments. Fabric can be tested as part of a compliance plan, but final certification is for the finished garment (including reflective tape placement, seams, and construction). We support the fabric testing + documentation needed for your program.
What waterproof and breathability levels can you offer?
We can supply different builds depending on your end use:
Standard workwear softshell: balanced waterproof + comfort
Higher waterproof builds: for harsher rain/wind exposure
Share your target numbers (mmH₂O, MVTR or RET), and we’ll recommend the right membrane + bonding.
Will the fluorescent yellow shade stay consistent in bulk?
Yes—our bulk programs use lab dip approval + shade sealing and maintain lot tracking. For uniform programs, we recommend ordering by planned lots and confirming wash-cycle requirements upfront.
Can you supply reflective elements too?
We mainly supply the fabric. However, we can coordinate with your reflective tape requirements for process compatibility and help reduce garment production risk.
What’s the difference between 2-layer and 3-layer softshell?
3-layer typically offers better stability, more consistent performance, and cleaner production handling for PPE programs because the membrane is protected and the backing is integrated.
How do we start sampling?
How do we start sampling?
Send:
End use (jacket/pants/hoodie, working environment)
